Corporate events are about bringing people together to meet each other, celebrate, share ideas and experiences.
Providing your guests with costumes to wear will add an extra dimension to the night that is guaranteed to make the event even more successful.

Large Group & Corporate Events

Costumes2u specialise in supporting large group and corporate functions. See list of some of the larger company events we have successfully supplied.

Who qualifies as a group or corporate customer ?

As preferred local suppliers to Coombe Abbey we offer packages and discounts for groups of 10 and over and have a number of flexible options for your event.

To qualify for the options below a single payment must be made to cover the cost of the group booking and any appropriate deposit.


We will deliver to and collect from Coombe Abbey or a hotel of your choice (free within a three mile radius - subject to a minimum order value).

For Options 1 & 2 all costumes will come in individually labelled suit carriers detailing both the guest and costume name, hanging rails will also be provided where necessary at no additional cost.

Option 3 will be delivered on hanging rails and props supplied in suitable containers.

Options 4 will be delivered direct to Coombe Abbey in suitable containers.


Ladies costumes available from size 6 - 34. Dress size and height required.
Mens Costumes available from S to XXXL. Waist and chest size required.

Group and Corporate Options

Supply us with names of the guests along with the name of the costume of their choice.

Please note - this option attracts the lowest discount
Option 2 - Why not surprise your guests?

Option 2 - Why not surprise your guests?

Maximum surprise / fun factor -
Supply us with the names of the guests along with their size details and we will allocate them a costume from our extensive range. Don't tell them, let it be a surprise (with the M.D as Nobleman Pursey in gold lurex tights !) Delivered to your group's hotel or business location if in close proximity. Costume spares will be provided to allow for any size mismatches

Option 3 - Unisex tabards

Option 3 - Unisex tabards

Want to get into the spirit of things however unable to obtain your guests size information, maybe the budget is under pressure, or you want the easier option of slipping something over your own clothes then this is the option for you.

We supply a range of unisex one size ‘fits all’ tabards complimented by a matching headpiece and prop.

'Hire a tabard / robe / tunic / cape with a prop for the night at just £25 / person (minimum 10 pieces)

Collect on arrival, throw over what you are wearing * and return all on the night, at your Coombe Abbey event
Option 4 - Headpieces

Option 4 - Headpieces

Hire a hat / headpiece for the night at just £10.00 / person (min 10 pieces)

Once again these can be handed out upon arrival or laid at the place setting and will aid your guests in stepping back into the period of the event.

Dressing Service

For group or corporate events a dressing service can also be provided for an additional charge. This helps to not only speed up the costumes allocation per guest but also helps to ensure that their needs are well and truly catered for at the start of the evening.
